3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. You represent that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Registration and Access

To use certain features, you must register an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Misuse the Service in a way that violates data protection or intellectual property rights

6. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Access to premium features may require a paid subscription.

Pricing and billing cycles will be displayed during the checkout process.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of the subscription unless required by law.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you or your users input through the chatbot.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, and content made available through quikwit.chat are the property of Osnnova Ventures Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may offer integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram). Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms of those third parties.

10. Service Modifications and Downtime

Upon termination:

• Your access will be revoked
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
• Outstanding fees, if any, remain payable

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osnnova Ventures Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Osnnova Ventures Pte. Ltd. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
